  June 27, 2015 - Medium ruby red color, nose of wine barrels and game, echoing onto the palate. Surprisingly confident, with tannins as wing man, this wine has a savory flavor profile, with clean, clear notes of black berries. Nicely balanced. Moderately luscious mouthfeel continues through to the medium finish. 2nd bottle we've had and we enjoyed this quite a bit more than the first. I'm wondering if this is in it's "sweet spot" now. Pairs very well with food and is both interesting & enjoyable on it's own.
