  July 1, 2015 - Now I used the Coravin over about 18 months on this. I opened it a year ago and it was young, tannic and tight. I waited and had it again 3 months ago and it was beautiful. Tannins were approachable, gripping but not overpowering. Silky but strong. I had the last half of the bottle the other night and it was underwhelming. Obviously this must be due to the Coravin. This came from the cellar each time and I think the cold temp doesn't allow the cork to seal itself as quickly.
