  July 2, 2015 - Dark ruby colour becoming more translucent.
  Initially spice and pepper notes allowed to sit some hints of straw/asparagus.
  Not much fruit, earthy flavours, hints of Tabbaco also the peppery notes punching through. Decent length.
  Seems tannins are mostly broken down. Wouldn't think it would last much longer than 3-4 years especially as it doesn't have much fruit to balance it.
