  July 10, 2015 - Very likeable, easygoing crowd-pleaser style of Champagne tasting like a blanc de blancs to me, with a round, fluffy texture, smooth and easy like Sunday morning. I tend to prefer my bubbles more bracing and mineral, but that's quibbles, this is tasty, fun stuff.
