  July 14, 2015 - LostVerse brought this to Allreds 40th birthday dinner. What a treat. Just behind the 1975 Latour for my wine of the night (although most others liked this wine the best). Amber color (darker than the 1975 Fargures which we drank next to it). Tropical aromas which immediately caught your attention. Notes of apricots, mango and orange zest. Good spiciness from the botrytis. Long finish. Far superior to the 1977 which I had earlier this year (although the storage on the 1977 was poor). 95-96 points.
