  July 18, 2015 - This is a very balanced sparkling red with a spot on balance of sugar which works perfectly with the delicate acidity of the bubbles and the savouries of the fruit.
  
  The berry palette is concentrated but nuanced, with a spicy mid-palette and an integrated finish. I find Sparkling Shiraz can sometimes come across as a little clumsy and unbalanced, but this one is neither of those things.
