7/25/15, 6:12 PM - depends on what you're looking for, i suppose. i think it still retains some of its youthful freshness right now, but the tertiary flavors haven't emerged yet. give it another few years to build out those tertiary flavors a bit more if that's your cup of tea. i'd say it'll start to slowly decline in about 10 years.

7/25/15, 6:14 PM - Nice. Getting to the 15 year mark and still hanging in there--dig that. We drank a '91 Martray Corton-Charlie last night that was fresh like this, too. Amazing.
