  August 6, 2015 - A tester bottle ! Very pale straw color. Nose very primary with Granny Smith apples, lime,redcurrant, strawberry, brioche and nougat. Palate very linear and quite intense. Fine bead with a very lifted acid and grape tannin on the long finish. Quite delicious yet just a baby albeit a very attractive one ! Still loving the 96 which this is very reminiscent of.

  8/8/15, 5:19 AM - Had my last bottle of '96 for my 50th last month, it was fantastic! Looking forward to the 2008 in about 10-15 years.

  8/8/15, 10:45 PM - Thanks wine65 ! Congratulations on 50 - hope to have a a couple of bottles of the 96 left for 60 next year. I think the 08 will be a beauty over the next 20 years.
