  November 5, 2015 - Trinity Hill with John Hancock and Warren Gibson; 11/4/2015-11/5/2015 (Regional Wines and Spirits, Wellington, New Zealand): Very ripe nose (slightly porty) of smoke, leather, roasted meats and fresh mushroom. Beautiful body, high alcohol, yet brilliant balance. Ripe and porty but enlivened by bright Hawkes Bay acids. Fresh and outstanding. No whole bunch fermentation. 3% Viognier.
