  November 7, 2015 - The nose wasn't giving much up upon opening, but the palate was quite open with dark cherries. With air, cedar and tobacco showed and tannins remained in the background, but the nose remained muted. We drank it at Kitchen A Bistro with their delicious short ribs, and it was a beautiful pairing.
