November 17, 2015 - Pale yellow. Very Sauvignon blanc in nature, only with aging/airing does the Semillon come out. Nose of vanilla, orange peel, cream, citrus. Mouth was smooth, medium weight, lip smacking.

11/17/15, 11:23 PM - Thanks for your note and rating. We have yet to sip a bottle from our case (or even the 2012). Do you really think it is ready to sip? We adore the very air this bottle displaces while sitting in our cellar...let alone the wine sleeping within!

11/19/15, 5:56 PM - Yes, let it age. I brought this to a dinner featuring Sauvignon blanc wines. More ponderous than the standard S.B.s But clearly a ways to go.
