Soft, smooth, giving texture. With air, blue fruit, smooth texture. Almost liqueur-like blue fruit, weightless palate. There is a plush luxuriousness, but in a very refined, balanced way, that I find across the 2000 vintage. At 15 years, this is smooth and delicious and classy and rich and very satisfying.
