  November 6, 2015 - This bottle was oddly short of acidity, though I tasted the same wine the following day in a friend's restaurant which was fine. It was good, but not as could as it should have been. Hopefully an odd bottle, but at this age, is seems strange. I think that the wine that I tasted on the second day had been open for about 16 hours too.
