  November 26, 2015 - Another few years to shed some weight and mellow tannins. Acidity is gripping. Typical sangio notes of sour cherry, leather, and rustic Italian herbs. Also slightly introverted at the moment, with only two hours or air. The Cabernet adds more masculinity to this wine, compared to the '08 big brother Flacc.
