  December 25, 2015 - Very complex wine with great purity of fruit and concentration. Almost seems sweet it's so ripe. Pyrazines, ripe stone fruit, bright acidity and citrus, honey, melon, and just a touch of oak. Everything is balanced and represented. A beautifully made Sauvignon Blanc
