  December 25, 2015 - Light golden in the glass, with a great nose featuring ripe pineapple and slate/rocks.
  
  Tart and ripe white fruits, nice persistence, medium-bodied. Probably at peak right now, although no hurry if you have it in the cellar.

  12/26/15, 11:09 AM - A day 2 glass of this; on the palate, this is probably a touch too dry/severe to drink on it's own.
  
  The nose is still the highlight, but I would prefer a little more "flesh" on the palate.
