  January 19, 2016 - PnP through Vinituri red wine aerator. Ready to drink, relatively soft tannins, nice fruit. Stored overnight in Savino wine preserving carafe. Next day was not as good. Started a little bitter, but softened after 30 minutes in the glass to ok. Drink the whole bottle if you open it.
