  January 23, 2016 - Nose: The nose is intense with black cherries, black currants, spice notes, cassis, black raspberries, coffee notes, a touch of earth and leather tones.
  
  Taste: Full bodied with chewy tannins and medium+ acidity. The intensity follows through with licorice, black currants, black raspberries, black cherries, and some earth notes.
  
  Overall: While it's not normally to my taste, this is excellent. As it gains air, the massive richness pulls back, but it still maintains its high intensity.
