  January 27, 2016 - Decanted 45 mins. ahead. Bricky garnet color, a few browish tinges. Nose has floral, plum, spice, and pomegranate notes. Light-bodied and nicely tart on the palate in a food-friendly way. Earthy berry flavors lead. The finish is longer than you might expect, with notable fine-grained tannins and a touch of ink. Bright and quaffable.
