  January 29, 2016 - Phenomenal wine. Drinking so well now (popped and poured) with an array of fresh red fruited flavours, floral notes, tinges of spice and more savoury earthy and faintly smoky elements. Remarkably light on its feet with the acids giving it good lift, and so fragrant with incredible depth and presence. Everything that I want a Grand Cru Burg to be.
