February 12, 2016 - Popped and poured. Black plum, blackberry, vanilla and dried herbs on the nose and palate. Leads to a long finish. Full bodied with a jammy, dense texture. Pure Barossa Shiraz. Highly extracted, monstrous and well balanced. A well made wine and very good QPR. Paired with macoroni, cheese and broccoli.
