  December 16, 2007 - After experiencing a flawed bottle of this vintage I decided to pop open another one to make sure I didn't get a bad case. Thankfully, it was only the one which was flawed. This wine is spectacular. I truly enjoy this wine everytime. The rest I will save for a special occassion as this is a wine for wine lovers. I'm sure as this wine ages it will be even better.
  Decanted the wine through a filtered funnel and let sit for about 1 - 2 hours, this opened up the aromas and flavors. Very smooth, powerful wine; is best paired with filet mignon or a good spanish dish. Its a favorite among many...and is worth finding.
