  March 3, 2016 - Absolutely love this wine. Very pure and mineral driven, it is very much in the white burgundy mould rather than fatty, buttery new world chard. Very linear with great acidity and fruit, but also elegant oak and MLF characteristics. A perfect food pair, one of my favorite wines of the year so far.
