  May 2, 2016 - Weekly tasting group #212; GSM: Blend or mono cepage? (@ The factory by JdB): Concentrated bouquet with dark forest fruits, licorice, a herbs and spice box of all sorts and a pleasant dose of oak. Everything from the nose comes back on the palate. Some chocolate as well. There is a beautiful balance between sweetness and acidity and soft tannin. Overall a very tasty wine with a great length and really beautiful. The only thing is that the wine was much more developed than expected. Is it the bottle? I have a few, so there will be a follow up, probably this year. 92 - 93?
