May 7, 2016 - Very nice CFE nose of lemon curds and cream, with chalk. From half bottle, and a more subtle than i recall younger bottles. Palate is balanced, lovely and long, but past its prime. Drink up. Has the lovely CFE signature flavors and mineralogy. Drink up.
