  July 23, 2016 - Decanted for 30 minutes.
  Opaque bright garnet red in colour.
  Aniseed dominates the nose.
  Medium body, ripe fruit, blackberry, liquorice, black pepper, smooth mocha tannins envelope, acidity freshens the finish.
  Needs one hour open, drinking better with air. Not on par with the last bottle.
  This may have years to go, 2020+
