  August 6, 2016 - Needs a good 30 minutes post open to get its stride and develop . Would not suggest decanting but just let it breath a bit.
  Very much a Riesling, light caramel notes, light petrolly, good fruit core. Firm core of polished acidity, elegant and vibrant still, layered and a class act. Gives a feeling at times it has residual sugar but really it's just the evolution of it we think. 93
