  August 24, 2016 - Didn't realize the blend either like many tasters. Great nose on decanting. First taste about an hour later showed a big glass of big tannins .... Whoa - didn't think I would like however it softened up a bit after 3 hours and I enjoyed it with a steak - clearly Cab Franc overpowering a palate that was expecting a sangio blend!!!! Decant for 3-4 hours and it will be quite good - I may wait a few years to try the next bottle.
