  September 3, 2016 - This is a big wine. Dry, rich, cherry skins, blackberry jams, and tobacco at this point, with a fantastic, long finish. It definitely mellowed after a while -- let it breathe a bit before diving in. Great with rich bold food, but I'm also enjoying a glass after dinner on the patio with a smidge of dark chocolate. This wine will cellar well, but who wants to wait? Yum, thanks RyanS!
