  September 11, 2016 - First Growths at Capital Grille (Capitalle Grille, Mpls, MN): Very dark red/purple color. This had gotten a couple hours of air. Drank 1 glass over 90 minutes plus. This bottle just wasn;t as forthcoming as we'd have liked. Still good, but still pretty enveloped in wood and firm tannin. The nose is in good shape, red fruits and pencil lead on top the wood. The palate is more dark and brooding with the wood still gripping this tightly.
