  September 12, 2016 - 1996 Champagne: Blind. Very fresh, lime, stoniness, very high acidity (but not unbalanced), very very long and intense. Got the producer right immediately, and also pegged down the vineyard, but was unsure whether this was 2010, 2011 or 2012 (the Zeltingen wines have even higher acidity this year and are even more intense).
