  January 25, 2008 - After an hour and a half in the decanter, this wine was fantastic. Some tobacco with a bit of dark chocolate and slight cherry scents with an excellent mix of currant and dark berries and an amazingly soft tannin structure that provides an incredible mouthfeel for a Cabernet Sauvignon. Wine Spectator made this the #4 wine of 2006 and it totally deserves that rank. Unfortunately, this was our last 03 and we'll have to move on to the 04's, which may be just as good.
