  January 27, 2008 - This improved greatly on the second day. First day it was pleasant enough, but one-dimensional and dominated by cedar. By day 2 the cedar had melted away significantly and left a much more complex and intriguing mix of subtle dark fruit, earthy notes, and a bacony, fresh bay-leaf aroma and palate. Plenty of tannin and I think this will still improve with a few more years.
