  December 26, 2016 - My wife and I had loved the Ultramarine Rosé, so we were sorry to see it replaced by the Blanc de Noir in the lineup, until we tasted the wine. Red berry, apple skin, floral notes and deep acid-driven minerality washed away our concerns and replaced them with joy of a new discovery. Paired with a laser-focused Pierre Péters Blanc de Blancs, this stood up on its own, and sang in a different, lower voice that was just as clear. Where the Péters was soprano, this was contralto, singing beautifully in its own range.
