  January 27, 2017 - 45m decant. Big cherry nose, very little fruit in the mouth. Paired with a spicy peanut chicken dish and it was fantastic - smooth glycerin. Without food smells great but is discombobulated on the tongue. Looking forward to 2011 being a distant memory.
  
  Edit: vacu vin stopper overnight, undrinkable on day 2. Poured the rest down the drain.
