Community Tasting Note

February 24, 2017 - Subtle aroma expression. More concentration next to the Louis Tete Beauj-Villages 2014. Also, a more focused strawberry note to the palate. Still with some nuanced herb. Some tannin here. Med/- tannin.
Saint Amour is the northern most Cru. 'Kirsch, spice, wild flower.' Sometimes not looked at as the most quality region.

9/4/19, 7:56 AM - Would this 2014 still be drinking nicely? IE, shelf life? Thanks, Don

9/4/19, 8:40 AM - 2014 is a very good Beaujolais vintage and given the more robust style of Mommessin, this should be settling into the pocket and drinking very nicely right now.
