  April 29, 2017 - Popped the cork and immediately poured a glass. Expansive and pleasing aromatics. On the palate, started out a little tight and lean with prominent acidity which signaled to me that this needed some air. Poured a small glass and revisited it in a half hour and I could tell that this was starting to open up. Indeed, over the next couple of hours this really came together and was drinking beautifully. There's lots of tart acidity that keeps this fresh which balances out the California fruit very nicely. Really enjoyed this. Very California Pinot that is well-balanced and vibrant.
