June 26, 2017 - Winos' excellent adventure in France; 6/22/2017-6/27/2017 (All over France): The nose is simply perfect! Absolutely hedonistic yet perfectly pure nose displaying intense red and black fruits, essence of raspberry and blackberry, perfectly ripe small strawberry, cherry liqueur, mocha, espresso bean, Chinese medicine, tie qua yin, Vosne spice, sap, light caramel and stem. Incredibly concentrated yet airy and weightless as it is so finely layered. The palate is sensual and perfectly harmonious. Despite the youthful expression, incredible complexity and intense decadent pure fruit make it absolute pleasure to drink. Simply perfect once again!

1/27/19, 4:52 PM - Curious how long this was decanted. Could you let me know? By the way, I've wasted at least an hour or possibly more vicariously enjoying your trip! So thanks very much for that -- it was an hour well wasted.

1/28/19, 5:11 AM - It was off a restaurant list. It was splash decanted and drank over four hours.
