July 6, 2017 - Flight on a flight (SFO-AKL) (AirNZ): Medium minus yellow color (has a touch of color)
Pronounced nose with classic aromas of grass and grapefruit, and hints of passionfruit and ripe mandarin orange.
On the palate, it feels like slight RS, maybe 2-3g? (this is likely close - the 2015 had 4g/L according to the producer website).
Slightly elevated alcohol - feels 13.5%. Medium plus acid. No phenolic bitterness. Clear flavors and a clean finish.

A great example of entry-level Sauv Blanc.
