  October 19, 2017 - This bottle was similar to the last bottle, except that when it was first popped and poured, there was this delicious funk on the nose. I loved it. It was earthy and smokey, with truffle and chanterelle mushrooms. Unfortunately, that funk blew off about an hour later, and the remainder, while still nice, felt ordinary.
