  April 1, 2008 - upon pulling the cork the smell was ... shall we say promising !! The first taste was HUGE .Due to circumstances beyond my control it was then abandoned for an hour in the decanter . Whence revisited it was much more introverted , still delicious , very delicious , but I wish I had followed it a little more closely . I am currently awaiting the finish of my 2 1/2 " porterhouse and will report back . But so far I am glad I put these away for awhile , but I think their time is close
