  November 15, 2017 - It has been over two years since I drank this wine. Boy was it worth the wait! It is still tremendously gorgeous but a bit smoother and more hedonistic. The ripe fruit flavors are seamless from front to back and the secondary ones are richer and earthier. This remains a big, big wine in the mouth but eschews flashiness for class, depth and persistence. And the remaining dry tannins are beautifully integrated. It is still a fantastic wine and does California proud.
