  January 5, 2018 - Drinking beautifully now. Still a lovely garnet, a little bit of 'age' blew off quickly after opening. Great aromatics -- herbs and savory, grilled aromas, with dried flowers. Palate has mouth watering acidity, fine tannins that seem to concentrate on the fore palate, fruits veering toward the dark end of the spectrum. Just lovely right now! So sad this is my last bottle.
