  April 28, 2018 - Elegant and thought-provoking for 18 bucks. Great fizz, small bubbles, fresh red fruits. Some thyme and white balsamic give it a faint medicinal streak. Light-bodied, dry, and refreshing. Tastes young at five years old, and should go another five years before starting to fade. Terrific value.
