  July 7, 2018 - Medium yellow color. Moderate amount of fine bubbles. Lightly floral, saline and a hint of musk. Nice acidity considering age. Poached pear, slighly nutty with a little bitterness at the end. Drinks younger than it’s 22 years would suggest a very nice mature Champagne.
