  May 24, 2008 - Bright Ruby red color. Nose of cherry cola. Pallet of cherry, white pepper, casis, blackberry,chocolate, cola, caramel. Predominately a fruit driven wine. As the wine opened, a little more leather au jus showed on the nose. Those aromas then followed through onto the pallet. Full bodied, smooth. Relatively long pallet, especially mid. Try again in 1 year.
