  November 4, 2018 - Elegant, layered nose, decanted about an hour. Dark fruit flavors, and after another 30 minutes in the glass, some earthy Smokey flavor. Not very tannic, fruit mellowed a bit but stayed prominent. Paired with roast pork loin and roasted brussel sprouts.
