  December 3, 2018 - Reminded me that I need to be drinking more (and ordering more) Carlisle syrahs. More earthy and rustic than the Carlisle zins. with leather and bacon character coming through. At the same time, you have good Carlisle balance with still lithe acidity keeping the fruity boozy side in check. Impressed that it was so vibrant after these years. And a good bargain to boot.
