  December 21, 2018 - Aromatic with deep red berry fruit with blueberry and blackberry, white pepper, animalic notes, grouse blood, spices, coffee and tobacco. On the palate juicy and deep red fruit with blueberry and blackberry dominating, tenderized meat, smoke and minerals. Nicely balanced. Well integrated tannins. Concentrated and complex with an impressive length, lightly sweet finish. Perfect match to Black Grouse.
