  December 23, 2018 - Oh the nose! Dark fruit, roast meat, lavender, and cedar all emerge from the glass, expressive and concentrated. Elegant palate, seemingly weightless, with fine tannins and still-fresh acidity. Finishes long and savory. The 1991 La Mouline is spellbinding. At its peak now but should hold for over a decade. Drink now through 2030.
